1. No Refunds After Service Completion

SOLUTIONSPHEREIT takes pride in delivering high-quality IT and device support services. Once a service has been successfully completed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Clients are encouraged to review the scope of service before confirming their request.

2. Service Eligibility & Location Restrictions

Our services primarily cater to customers located within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). If a service request is received from an individual outside of the GTA, SOLUTIONSPHEREIT reserves the right to reject the request at its sole discretion.

3. Exceptions & Special Considerations

While refunds are not provided post-service, SOLUTIONSPHEREIT is committed to resolving any concerns through additional troubleshooting or support when applicable. If an issue arises due to an error in service delivery, customers may contact us for assistance.
