SOLUTIONSPHEREIT provides onsite and remote IT support for computers and IT devices. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We assist with troubleshooting, repairs, security, and general IT support. However, service outcomes may vary depending on the nature of the issue.

3. No Liability Coverage

SOLUTIONSPHEREIT is not responsible for data loss, hardware failures, or any damages resulting from service recommendations or repairs. Clients must back up their data before any service is performed.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All services are non-refundable once provided.

  • Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • SOLUTIONSPHEREIT does not guarantee a specific outcome or resolution. IT issues can be complex, and some problems may require ongoing maintenance or additional interventions.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information about their issues.

  • Clients must ensure access to necessary equipment for remote or onsite support.

  • SOLUTIONSPHEREIT reserves the right to refuse service if misinformation or unreasonable expectations arise.

6. Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy and do not share personal data with third parties. However, clients must ensure their own security measures, including backups and protection against cyber threats.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes or claims arising from our services will be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal regulations within Ontario.
